$95,000 – $120,000 per year
Overview
A well-established, employee-owned civil engineering organization is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer I/II to support land development projects that help shape growing communities. Key Responsibilities

Develop project designs by evaluating site conditions, project constraints, project objectives, regulatory requirements, and engineering best practices.

Support construction administration activities, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and assisting with construction changes.

Train and provide technical guidance to junior engineering staff.

Prepare technical reports and perform complex calculations related to hydrology, hydraulics, water quality, stormwater detention, and utility sizing.

Complete complex grading designs and earthwork calculations.

Deliver high-quality engineering work products, including full QA/QC reviews and completeness checks, for both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited four-year institution.

5–7 years of professional experience, depending on prior land development design experience.

Minimum of 2 years independently solving complex engineering problems in a land development environment.

Proficiency with AutoCAD, Land Development Desktop (LDD), and/or Civil 3D.

Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
