Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Location: On-site in Sacramento, California. This is an in-office role with no remote or hybrid option.
Note: Must be a licensed California attorney with litigation experience. Plaintiff-side personal injury experience is preferred.

Job Description
- Handle plaintiff-side personal injury litigation matters from case development through resolution
- Manage discovery, drafting, motion practice, and court appearances
- Take and defend depositions
- Assist with trial preparation and work closely on more complex litigation matters
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and the court
- Help evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy
- Maintain an active caseload while delivering high-quality legal work
- Collaborate with a team that values mentorship, preparation, and strong client advocacy
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree required
- Active California Bar license in good standing required
- Litigation experience required
- Plaintiff personal injury experience strongly preferred
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Excellent oral advocacy and communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and a litigation caseload effectively
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn in a mentoring environment
