Role Overview:

As the Plant Manager, you will be instrumental in selecting and building a dedicated team, establishing an inclusive and high-performing workplace culture, and overseeing all aspects of plant operations. Post-construction, you will lead the facility’s operations and contribute to the expansion and replication of our production capabilities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize daily plant operations to ensure productivity and efficiency.

Build strong, collaborative relationships with team members.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational productivity and plant performance.

Drive innovation and leverage technological advancements in production processes.

Guide the team through changes with agility and effective leadership.

Utilize industrial engineering knowledge to streamline processes and improve production flow.

Required:

New startup from-scratch experience, hiring hourly and salary employees, construction budgeting, strategic development.

Proven experience in plant management.

Have taught others how to establish processes, including workflow and all the requirements for successful production.

Background in welding, machines, and metalworking.

Strong understanding of production processes and operations management.

A passion for technology, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Desired:

Industrial engineering.

Work with the community on factory introduction.

Benchmarking products and processes.

Breakeven analysis and manpower planning.

Experience with patina finishing processes is a plus.
