We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined IT Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will travel to client sites to install, maintain, and support computer systems, networks, and specialized imaging equipment. You'll be the face of our company in the field, so strong customer service skills are a must.Key Responsibilities:Travel to customer locations to install and configure hardware and software systemsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to networks, computers, and peripheral devicesPerform routine maintenance on IT and mechanical equipmentProvide clear and friendly technical support to end usersDocument work performed in a ticketing systemCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service requestsMust-Have Qualifications:Willingness and enthusiasm to travel frequently in southern New EnglandStrong mechanical aptitudeSolid understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principlesExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsValid drivers license and reliable transportationDesirable Qualifications:Experience installing and configuring computer systems at customer sitesFamiliarity with IT service management and ticketing systemsAbility to methodically troubleshoot complex technical problemsBonus Experience (Preferred but not required):Experience in dental or medical environmentsKnowledge of or hands-on experience with 3D imaging and dental X-ray systems
