Sales Representative (Long-Term Care Pharmacy)
We’re recruiting an experienced LTC Sales Representative to drive new business growth for a rapidly expanding long-term care pharmacy. If you’re a relationship-builder with strong healthcare/pharmacy sales experience, this role offers high visibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a major impact.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and close new LTC accounts
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects
- Lead presentations, proposals, and facility meetings
- Represent the pharmacy at industry events and trade shows
- Oversee marketing materials and outreach campaigns
- Partner with leadership to set and achieve annual sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of sales experience (LTC/healthcare preferred)
- Strong communicator and presenter
- Organized, persistent, and self-motivated
- Able to travel regionally
