Sales Account ManagerLocation: Hybrid (3 days in-office)Travel: 25–40%
Manage and grow a defined sales territory
Onboard new customers and support existing accounts
Develop and execute customer-specific strategic plans
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Analyze market trends and customer needs to discover new applications for products
Build strong relationships across customer organizations, including R&D, Quality, and Purchasing
Deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing our ingredient portfolio
Represent at national and regional trade shows
Prepare timely activity reports for the Head of Sales & Marketing
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the food ingredient or specialty chemical industry
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record of direct ingredient sales to customers and through distributors or brokers
Confidence & Passion: Inspire with your enthusiasm and commitment to excellence
Self-Motivation: Take initiative and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision
Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive, cooperative team culture
