Sales Account ManagerLocation: Hybrid (3 days in-office)Travel: 25–40%

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a defined sales territory

  • Onboard new customers and support existing accounts

  • Develop and execute customer-specific strategic plans

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to discover new applications for products

  • Build strong relationships across customer organizations, including R&D, Quality, and Purchasing

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing our ingredient portfolio

  • Represent at national and regional trade shows

  • Prepare timely activity reports for the Head of Sales & Marketing

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the food ingredient or specialty chemical industry

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven track record of direct ingredient sales to customers and through distributors or brokers
