A highly regarded legal team is seeking an attorney with 4+ years of employment law experience to join its Employment & Labor practice. This role involves employment counseling, litigation, and transactional support, with a strong focus on advising clients on compliance and workplace policies.

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on employment policies, regulatory compliance, and workplace best practices
  • Draft and negotiate employment and separation agreements
  • Handle employment-related disputes and litigation support
  • Assist in the employment aspects of corporate transactions
  • Mentor and train junior associates while collaborating within a dynamic team

 

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in employment law, with a strong advisory and compliance background
  • Experience handling employment policies, contracts, and litigation matters
  • Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills with a willingness to mentor junior team members
  • Admission to the California Bar is required
  • Outstanding academic credentials from a recognized law school
