Position SummaryThe Production Supervisor leads and coordinates line staff while supporting Maintenance and Operations in systems development, cost control, training, capital projects, and safety compliance. This role ensures food safety, quality standards, and audit readiness. Please note: The shift hours are 10:30pm to 6am.
 
Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot equipment and support operators during downtime.

  • Assist in resolving mechanical and operational issues.

  • Foster collaboration between production and maintenance teams.

  • Ensure food safety, product quality, and audit compliance.

  • Set project priorities and provide clear direction to staff.

  • Monitor team performance to ensure quality output and goal achievement.

  • Lead the team by setting expectations, managing performance, and offering regular feedback.

  • Work hours are 10:30pm to 6am.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; 
  • College degree or equivalent strongly preferred. 
  • 3-5 years previous experience in Manufacturing or a production environment.
  • Experience in the food/beverage industry
  • Manage multiple employees; the Production Team reports to this position.
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback, coaching, counseling, and disciplining; conducting training; implementing enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
