Cybersecurity and Privacy Attorney (New York City | Dallas | Washington, DC | Bay Area)
Our prestigious international law firm is seeking a talented Cyber/Data/Privacy Associate Attorney to join its expanding U.S. practice group. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on U.S. and international privacy and cybersecurity compliance (including CCPA, CPRA, and GDPR).

• Support corporate and technology transactions with data protection due diligence and privacy-related contract review.

• Assist with data breach response, incident management, and cybersecurity readiness planning.

• Counsel clients on regulatory investigations and enforcement matters.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

• 4–7 years of experience in privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity law.

• Strong understanding of global data privacy frameworks and incident response processes.

• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
