This senior-level position offers an opportunity to lead the integration of cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) solutions into reliability and resilience planning for electric power systems. Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead the design and execution of AI-driven power system studies focused on reliability and resilience.

• Develop and deploy advanced AI and GAI solutions to address complex industry problems.

• Produce high-quality technical deliverables on time and within scope.

• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and assess their relevance to power system applications.

Project Management & Proposal Development

• Write and present compelling technical proposals for new opportunities.

• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.

• Collaborate across teams to leverage organizational strengths and technical expertise.

Client Engagement & Business Development

• Build and maintain strong client relationships at multiple organizational levels.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in AI-based power system studies.

• Represent the company’s AI capabilities in client presentations, workshops, and industry events.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and advisors in AI and power systems.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI applications within the power systems domain, including at least 2 years in Generative AI.

• Proven success in technical leadership and AI solution architecture.

• Strong record of project delivery, technical publications, or patents in relevant areas.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, diverse, and collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
