Our client a global leader in the mobility and technology sector is seeking a Senior Engineer – Cybersecurity Risk & Operations Management Developer (ServiceNow) to join its Cybersecurity Risk Management team. This role plays a key part in designing, implementing, and supporting cybersecurity risk and operations management capabilities across the enterprise.

You’ll work with cutting-edge cybersecurity platforms, building secure and scalable solutions in ServiceNow to strengthen the company’s global risk management posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support ServiceNow SecOps applications (SIR, VR, TI, CC).

• Develop and integrate tools via REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems such as Tenable, Qualys, Splunk, and CrowdStrike to enhance automated risk and vulnerability management processes.

• Script and automate workflows using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.

• Build performance dashboards, reports, and risk heat maps using Performance Analytics and KPIs/KRIs.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and process guides.

• Implement and manage Security Case Management, threat correlation, and MITRE ATT&CK framework mapping.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in cybersecurity, compliance, and IT to ensure effective governance and risk management processes.

• Participate in ServiceNow platform administration, upgrades, and continuous improvement.

• Support Agile/Scrum delivery for iterative feature development and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience developing and configuring ServiceNow GRC applications.

• Expertise with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management.

• Experience implementing Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management modules.

• Strong integration experience connecting ServiceNow GRC with third-party security tools.

• Skilled in reporting, metrics development, and process automation.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Risk & Compliance, SecOps, or TPRM.

• One or more cybersecurity certifications (CISM, CISA, CISSP, CIA, CIPM, CCSP).

• Experience in Agile, Lean, or ITIL frameworks.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in complex environments.
