Field Engineer | Well-Established & Growing MSP
Supporting SMB clients in Doral and greater Miami area.
- Schedule: Hybrid
- Office Location: Doral, FL
- Travel to client sites in Doral and greater Miami
- Compensation: Base salary $70k - $80k + bonus

Core Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1–2 support for network, server, virtualization, cloud, and backup solutions
- Deliver proactive and reactive IT infrastructure support
- Resolve issues and de-escalate when needed
- Collaborate with centralized Helpdesk, NOC, and Project Engineering teams
- Maintain stable, secure customer environments
- Deliver exceptional customer service
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years providing IT support in client-server environments
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure: Windows Servers, Exchange, RDS, Hyper-V; VMware; O365/Azure
- Experience with workstation/server hardware, peripherals, networking, backup/replication, cloud, virtualization
- Familiarity with MSP tools (e.g., IT Glue, ConnectWise) and best practices
- Preferred: Experience supporting external clients
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ (required); MCSE or other CompTIA certs a plus
- Customer-first mindset with confident, professional communication
- Ability to explain technical concepts (including whiteboard presentations)
- Comfortable with onsite support and local travel
- Highly organized, self-directed, able to manage competing priorities
- Bilingual (highly preferred)
- Reliable transportation required
