Front Office Trading & Portfolio Platforms
- Location: Midtown Atlanta
- 4 days in the office
- Compensation: 145k - 165k Base + Bonus + Profit Sharing

Client-facing environment with direct access to front office traders and portfolio managers - you'll translate business intent into working solutions, not just document requirements and hand them off.
What You'll Do
- Partner directly with traders and PMs to capture and refine data and workflow requirements
- Break down complex front office needs into clear, development-ready stories and tasks
- Drive delivery of curated data sets that feed portfolio reporting
- Support real-time data workflows powering execution management and systematic trading
- Own the full Agile lifecycle from planning through rollout
Tech & Domain
- Trading Systems: EZE OMS, EZE EMS, CRD
- Portfolio Management: Perform, CRIMS
- Data: SQL, Power BI, Tableau
- Language: Python helpful
- Cloud: AWS
- Process: Agile
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years as a BSA or Business Solutions Analyst in financial services or fintech
- Buy side / investment management strongly preferred - capital markets or IB considered
- SMA experience a strong plus
- Bridges business and technology naturally - strong communicator on both sides
- Comfortable turning ambiguous requirements into tangible deliverables
- Works well independently and contributes actively as a team player
- Degree a plus, not a gate
