Role Overview:
 
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager with the ability to both devise strategic plans and execute them effectively. This pivotal role involves managing the entire marketing spectrum, encompassing branding, digital acquisition, content creation, and system management, while producing exceptional creative work in-house. The primary objective is to generate measurable growth in our pipeline rather than merely engaging in marketing activities.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across all digital platforms.
  • Create and oversee the production of top-notch visual assets, including advertisements, sales materials, landing pages, and presentations.
  • Manage and refine paid advertising campaigns (such as Google Ads and retargeting) to attract qualified leads.
  • Drive initiatives in SEO, AEO, and GEO to boost organic visibility.
  • Oversee all social media channels with an emphasis on engagement and lead generation.
  • Administer and enhance HubSpot (workflows, campaigns, reporting, lead tracking).
  • Design and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to synchronize messaging, campaigns, and pipeline objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, including traffic, conversions, CPL, and ROI.
  • Persistently test and refine campaigns, creatives, and messaging strategies.
Requirements:
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies.
  • Experience in managing and expanding a business’s social media presence.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and execute swiftly with minimal supervision.
  • Data-driven approach with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a comparable marketing role.
  • Experience in B2B, logistics, supply chain, or 3PL environments.
  • Basic understanding of web development or CMS platforms.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
