Daytona Beach, Florida - Interventional Pain Management Physician Opening 

 Clinical Role: 
▪ Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible pain management 
physician 
▪ Must be fellowship trained 
▪ ACGME accredited program required 
▪ Anesthesiology or PM&R residency training accepted 
▪ Seeking full-time candidates 
▪ Work Monday-Thursday, 8:30 – 5:00 
▪ See 30 - 40 patients per day

▪ MILD 
▪ Spinal cord stimulator trials 
▪ Peripheral nerve stimulator trials 
▪ Intracept 
▪ Aurora ZIP/ Minuteman/ Key lift 
▪ Intrathecal pump trials 
▪ Viadisc 
▪ Sacroiliac joint fusions 
▪ Epidural steroid injections (TFESI, CESI, Knee, Hip, Shoulder) 
▪ Trigger point injections 
▪ Medical branch blocks 
▪ Radiofrequency Ablations

▪ 375k base salary with tiered bonuses
