Territory Sales Manager – Women's Health Medical Device Sales

Position Summary

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing an established, high-performing territory by promoting capital equipment and disposable medical devices to hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician offices. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a growing organization with a strong product portfolio and significant growth potential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow business within an established territory.
  • Promote capital equipment and disposable technologies to physicians, hospitals, surgery centers, and healthcare providers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, administrators, supply chain, and key decision-makers.
  • Navigate integrated delivery networks (IDNs) and complex hospital systems.
  • Drive product adoption through clinical support, education, and consultative selling.
  • Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3–5+ years of medical device sales and/or operating room experience.
  • Women's Health and/or Urology sales experience preferred.
  • Experience selling into hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices.
  • Strong understanding of IDNs, hospital systems, and complex healthcare organizations.
  • Proven track record of building relationships and consistently achieving sales goals.
