Area Sales Director 

Why is the position open? Expansion-  will be managing a newly created team of 12 to 14 Therapy Development Reps throughout the country (Navy Seal Team) 

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited reputable institution
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales leadership within the Urology space or Operating Room
• Start-up company experience leading a team selling disruptive surgical technology
• Experience manging representatives introducing market development programs to physician practices, practice integration, office based selling
• Leading a high performing team with strong local relationships within the healthcare community in specified geographic
area
• Leadership skills as demonstrated through past professional performance,
involvement in sports, professional clubs, or associations
