Job Description 
Harrisonburg/Stafford, Virginia Pain Management Opening 

o Clinical Role: 
▪ Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible pain management 
physician 
▪ Must be fellowship trained 
▪ ACGME accredited program required 
▪ Anesthesiology or PM&R residency training accepted 
▪ Seeking full-time candidates 
▪ Work Monday-Friday, 8:30 – 5:00 
▪ See 35 - 40 patients per day 

 

o Most Common Procedures: 
▪ MILD 
▪ Spinal cord stimulator trials 
▪ Peripheral nerve stimulator trials 
▪ Intracept 
▪ Aurora ZIP/ Minuteman/ Key lift 
▪ Intrathecal pump trials 
▪ Via Disc 
▪ Sacroiliac joint fusions 
▪ Epidural steroid injections (TFESI, CESI, Knee, Hip, Shoulder) 
▪ Trigger point injections 
▪ Medical branch blocks 
▪ Radiofrequency Ablations 
▪ SCS Trials 
▪ Facet joint injections 
▪ Occipital nerve block 
▪ Pain trials and pain pump refills

▪ Practice is managed to support physicians with NPs
