Therapy Development Representative

Why is the position open? Expansion-  newly created team within the company (Navy Seal Team) 

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited reputable institution
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales within the Urology space or Operating Room
• Start-up company experience selling disruptive surgical technology
• Experience introducing market development programs to physician practices, practice integration, office based selling
• Strong local relationships within the healthcare community in specified geographic
area
• Leadership skills as demonstrated through past professional performance,
involvement in sports, professional clubs, or associations

Working for a publicly traded surgical robotics company 

Call Points: Urologists
Territory: Multiple throughout the US

COMPENSATION:

Competitive- Uncapped, RSU’s fully vested
after four years, $700.00 car allowance, Full expenses, 401K matching, medical/dental, etc.
