The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Executive to lead and expand our operations in the Greater DC area. This is a unique opportunity to oversee existing high-profile projects while playing a pivotal role in growing an exciting and dynamic territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Oversee and manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand our client base and foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Team Management: Provide mentorship and guidance to project managers and site teams, fostering professional growth and operational excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth and success of the Greater DC operations.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and project alignment with expectations.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in commercial drywall, metal framing, or ceiling systems
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A strategic thinker with a growth-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with the Greater DC construction market is a plus
