Director of Engineering

The Director of Engineering is a leader that oversees and guides a company's engineering department to help ensure that an organization's engineering goals align with the company's values, mission and goals.

  • Reports to top management.
  • Lead and develop a team of Designers, Project Engineers, and Installation Technicians.
  • Managing department budgets.
  • Designing engineering strategies.
  • Oversee projects, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion. Verifying project compliance with engineering best practices.
  • Hiring department engineers.
  • Collaborating with company stakeholders.
  • Updating department policies and procedures.
  • Provide account management, solutions, quotes, and project management.
  • Travel 10% - 15%.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in management.
  • Proven experience in engineering leadership and project management.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with international teams.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a passion for innovation.

Note: To comply with state laws, the annual base salary range for this position has been provided as a guideline. The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as work experience, education/training, key skills, and other considerations.
