\nImpact
\nMaintain safe and compliant boiler operations.
\nEnsure steady steam for building and plant systems.
\nImprove system performance through expert combustion tuning.
\nSupport all safety, emissions, and inspection standards.
\nResponsibilities
\nOperate and monitor high-pressure boilers and support systems.
\nPerform preventive maintenance on burners, pumps, and controls.
\nDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
\nTune combustion systems for safety and performance.
\nMaintain service logs and operational records.
\nManage water treatment and blowdown processes.
\nFollow LOTO, OSHA, and all site safety procedures.
\nSupport inspections and work with outside contractors.
\nRequirements
Must-Haves:
5+ years with high-pressure steam boilers (Cleaver-Brooks, Miura, Raypak, Babcock & Wilcox).
\nStrong knowledge of boiler controls, combustion, and ASME code.
\nHigh school diploma or GED.
\nValid driver’s license.
\nSkilled in troubleshooting and system repairs.
\nNice-to-Haves:
\nEPA 608 Universal Certification.
\nOSHA 30-hour safety certification.
\nTechnical training in HVAC or mechanical systems.
\nExperience with BMS or boiler control platforms.
\nCompensation & Logistics
Competitive salary depending on experience; benefits include health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and more. This full-time position is based in the Phoenix Metro area with occasional local travel.
