Insurance Customer Service Representative
Family owned and operated insurance agency is seeking an Licensed Customer Service Representative to join their team! The full-time Insurance Customer Service Representative will provide professional, courteous service to insurance customers, carrier representatives, and colleagues.
Responsibilities:

Will provide professional, courteous service to insurance customers, carrier representatives, and colleagues.

The individual will work in a team atmosphere to provide a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing our commercial accounts.

The commercial insurance CSR will help clients to identify needs, research bills, complete applications, as well as review, negotiate and deliver policies.
Qualifications:
- Must have current P&C License.

Ideal candidate should be familiar with all aspects of insurance services from the application process to policy analysis.

This position also requires an ability to professionally and energetically respond to client questions and concerns
