Our established and valued client is seeking expanding their team and looking to identify and hire a Construction Cost Analyst/Estimator to join their team on a full-time basis. Multiple positions available!

The ideal candidate will be based in Dallas, TX, and will be required to work onsite for the first 90 days for training. Following this period, the position can be onsite or remote.

Our client is a premier engineering based cost segregation provider, a rapidly growing company and one of the largest in its field in the US.

What you will do:

• Analyze various financial, architectural, and construction documentation.
• Determine building component costs of commercial properties through estimating costs records.
• Prepare cost segregation reports for upper management review.
• Manage workflow to ensure project completion within client and internal deadlines.
• Work with Project Coordinator to collaborate documentation and any support needed for the coordinator to gather additional information or documentation from client.

What you will need:

• Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 0-3 years professional experience. (Experience not required, but professional experience considered would be in roles similar to Intern, Estimator, Project Coordinator, Project Assistant)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
