PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE ASSOCIATE

(ATTORNEY)

Location: Tampa, FL; Miami, FL; Orlando, FL; West Palm Beach, FL

Our client, a leading national AmLaw 200 law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated associate with 2-6 years of insurance litigation experience.

 The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance coverage issues, with additional experience in bad faith insurance matters preferred.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials.
  • Active Florida bar license.
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in insurance litigation, with a solid understanding of insurance coverage issues.
  • Experience in bad faith insurance matters is a plus.
  • Strong writing skills are required; federal or state appellate clerkship experience is also a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to high standards of client service and professional drive.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage insurance litigation cases, including drafting and reviewing legal documents and preparing for trial.
  • Provide strategic legal counsel on insurance coverage and bad faith insurance issues.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop effective case strategies and ensure exceptional client service.
