Marketing Manager | Law Firm

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and will be working closely with the firm's attorneys on branding, marketing strategy, pitch decks and biographies.

Practice Areas: Healthcare law, medical malpractice, corporate M&A, trusts & estates administration (complex wills, asset protection).

Location: Roseland, NJ 07068 (Client will not consider somebody that is not local... Bronx is too far, Philly too far, Long Island too far)

Schedule: Hybrid | Full-Time | Exempt | Immediate Start

Salary: $75k to $115k base salary, performance bonuses based on team contribution is offered.

Description:

This is a high-impact opportunity for a marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced legal or professional services environment. As Marketing & Business Development Manager, you will oversee marketing strategy and execution for several legal practice groups, including a nationally recognized dental law center. The role combines campaign management, content strategy, attorney branding, and digital marketing with execution and delivery in furtherance of generating leads and elevating the firm's brand and visibility. If you enjoy balancing creative thinking with detail-driven execution, this is an exciting chance to own initiatives from idea through ROI. The role will include supporting and collaborating with attorneys on marketing materials, pitches and professional profiles, implementing SEO strategy for the firm at-large and heading email marketing campaigns and social media schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, related field or equivalent experience
  • Marketing experience within a law firm setting supporting attorneys
  • Technologically savvy with tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Clio.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and content development skills.
  • SEO knowhow and traditional marketing strategy, including execution and analysis on campaigns using complex Key Performance Indicators.
  • Further technological proficiency in tools such as WordPress, LinkedIn, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Suite.
  • Experience with legal tech tools such as PracticePanther, Lawmatics, FileVine or any other tools used in law practice highly preferred.
  • Confident building relationships with vendors, designers, and media professionals.
  • Creative thinker with a sharp eye for brand consistency and client value.
