We’ve partnered with an innovative structural heart start-up that’s transforming treatment options for patients with structural heart disease. They’re adding a Clinical Education & Training Manager/Director to elevate how physicians and internal teams learn, train, and deliver life-changing care.

Develop & Deliver Exceptional Training
Evaluate, refine, and scale training programs that support physicians and internal teams.
Create engaging content — from slide decks and manuals to videos and interactive e-modules — that’s clinically accurate and easy to follow.
Build a “train-the-trainer” model that ensures consistent, high-quality instruction across teams.
Get Hands-On in the Cath Lab & OR
Become certified to prep and support device implantations — gaining firsthand insight into the procedure and the team’s workflow.
Deliver live, virtual, and hands-on training sessions to boost technical accuracy and confidence.
Observe and coach proctors and specialists, providing structured feedback to strengthen their teaching and procedural skills.
Coach, Assess, and Continuously Improve
Use structured assessments and real-time observation to validate device and procedural mastery.
Deliver actionable feedback and coaching to close knowledge or performance gaps.
Gather insights from participants and stakeholders to evolve and enhance programs.
Collaborate Across Teams
Partner with R&D, Clinical Development, and Therapy Development to align training with field realities and evolving clinical data.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
Strong background in echo imaging (required).
5+ years in clinical education/training within the mitral valve or structural heart space.
Hands-on Cath Lab or OR experience.
Proven success developing scalable, engaging training programs.
Familiarity with digital learning tools and eLearning platforms.
Willingness to travel ~50% (domestic and OUS).
Have a passion for developing people and improving clinical practice.
Communicate complex information clearly and confidently.
