What You’ll Do

Lead automation projects across multiple manufacturing facilities

Partner with local plant experts to identify opportunities to automate or improve processes

Design and implement automation solutions that can be reused across sites

Manage projects from start to finish — scope, budget, timeline, and resources

Facilitate cross-functional teamwork and keep projects moving forward

Ensure automation standards, documentation, and training are in place

Track results, measure success, and make adjustments when needed

Travel to manufacturing locations to support project execution
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (manufacturing, mechanical, or automation preferred)

7+ years of experience leading automation or manufacturing-related projects

Strong project management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority

Experience with automation technologies such as:

Industrial automation (PLC / SCADA)

Robotics

RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.)

AI or machine learning exposure is a plus

Self-starter who can balance multiple projects and priorities

Strong communicator and team leader

Comfortable working across multiple sites and functions

Willing and able to travel up to 50%
