Job Title: Delivery Driver
Location: Louisville, Kentucky
Shift Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Pay Rate: $20–$23 per hour (Permanent Hire)

About the Role
Our client is seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join their team. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of parts and materials to customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. The Delivery Driver will also assist with general warehouse duties when not on delivery routes.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles to complete deliveries throughout the Louisville metropolitan area.

• Load, transport, and unload merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs.

• Maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent communication and service.

• Inspect and maintain company vehicles and equipment to ensure safe operation.

• Support warehouse and production operations as needed between deliveries.

• Operate a 24,000-lb. stake bed truck in full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DWIs within the past 4 years).

• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.

• Must meet Federal DOT physical requirements.

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and stand/walk for the majority of the shift.

• Strong communication, listening, and customer service skills.

• Dependable, safety-focused, and eager to learn.

• Minimum 18 years of age.

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
