- Drive strategy deployment for plant initiatives and growth
- Lead the plant to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
- Develop and manage the plant budget effectively. Stay familiar with the competitive environment
- Ensure proper inventory, production control scheduling, shipping/receiving logistics, and quality procedures
- Lead Lean initiatives to ensure they are fully embraced and implemented
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to leverage our technologies, systems, products, services, and processes
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service
- Promote team concepts, coach, mentor, and manage talent to foster a culture of accountability and results
As the Plant Manager, you must have…
