Now Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:

Oversee the maintenance team to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of electromechanical equipment in a high-volume process manufacturing environment. Plan and execute maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the maintenance team, including scheduling and training.

  • Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

  • Troubleshoot and repair large electromechanical systems (motors, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs).

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations.

  • Manage maintenance inventory and procure spare parts cost-effectively.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

  • Utilize CMMS for tracking maintenance activities.

  • Support capital projects and equipment installations.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

  • Experience with PLCs and automation preferred.

  • Ability to read blueprints and use CMMS software.

  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.

Working Conditions:

  • Manufacturing environment with exposure to industrial equipment, noise, and heat.

  • On-call support and flexible hours required.
