About the Role:

Join the team at as our Product Manager. You’ll play a central role within a focused and collaborative product and engineering team, contributing to an end-to-end platform that powers dispatching, trip management, driver payments, and rider experiences across multiple markets. Our flagship consumer facing product is one of the leading taxi apps in the country.

Working closely with the Head of Product, your primary focus will be driving execution across key initiatives, improving product velocity, and helping scale a data-informed product organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Execution & Ownership

●     Work with the Head of Product to execute against the product roadmap.

●     Take ownership of key product areas over time

●     Translate business needs into clear product requirements and actionable engineering work.

●     Help prioritize initiatives to improve delivery speed and operational efficiency.

UX/UI Design & Product Development

●     Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces using Figma.

●     Lead UX/UI efforts for major initiatives, including the driver app rebuild.

●     Conduct product testing and QA prior to releases.

●     Continuously refine and improve user experiences across all platform touchpoints.

Technical Collaboration

●     Work closely with engineering teams across a diverse stack (.NET, iOS/Swift, Android/Kotlin, Angular, AWS).

●     Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making.

●     Support platform modernization efforts and system optimization initiatives.

Data & Product Insights

●     Own product analytics and KPI tracking, establishing a stronger data foundation.

●     Analyze user behavior, ride data, and system performance.

●     Translate insights into actionable product improvements and strategic recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

●     Partner with developers, leadership, and fleet stakeholders.

●     Manage incoming feedback, feature requests, and product issues from customers and partners.

●     Participate in standups, planning sessions, and ongoing team communication.

Key Qualifications:

●     3–5 years of Product Management experience.

●     Experience with mobile applications, marketplaces, or real-time platforms preferred.

●     Background in mobility, logistics, or ride-hailing environments is a plus.

●     Strong product instincts with the ability to operate across a full-stack product environment.

●     Hands-on experience with UX/UI design tools (Figma required).

●     Technical fluency and ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams.

●     Experience using data and KPIs to inform product decisions.

●     Adaptable, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

●     Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders.

●     Demonstrated interest in growing into a leadership role over time.
