Position Summary

The Irrigation Foreman leads a crew of 3–5 team members and is responsible for executing all
phases of commercial irrigation installation. This is a hands-on field leadership role that ensures
projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and work alongside a crew on commercial irrigation installs
• Read and interpret irrigation plans and specifications
• Layout zones, assign tasks, and ensure proper installation of both conventional and 2-wire
systems
• Order, track, and manage materials and inventory
• Operate a ride-on trencher and other job site equipment safely
• Maintain jobsite efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies
• Ensure timely project completion within budget and quality expectations
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites (clean MVR required)

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of commercial irrigation installation, including 2-wire systems
• Previous crew leadership experience (3–5 team members preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints, layout zones, and manage jobsite workflow
• Skilled in operating trenchers and general landscape equipment
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean MVR
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
