Class Action Senior Associate Attorney/Senior Counsel - Labor & Employment

Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate Attorney or Senior Counsel to join its dynamic and expanding Class Action Practice Group. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative and high-stakes litigation with a collaborative team of skilled professionals.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • 7+ years of substantive experience in complex litigation with a focus on class actions.
  • Proven experience defending class action lawsuits, including but not limited to:
    • Employment discrimination, workplace privacy, and EEOC/DOL matters.
    • Wage and hour claims, statutory or common law privacy issues.
    • Products liability and consumer fraud disputes.
  • Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to tackle cutting-edge legal issues.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to high-profile class action cases in various practice areas.
  • Develop case strategies and handle all aspects of litigation, from discovery to trial.
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients on complex legal issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality legal solutions.
  • Maintain direct client relationships and manage case teams effectively.
