Position: Maintenance ManagerLocation: Boston MADivision: Corrugated----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The Opportunity:The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for providing hands on expertise andleadership to the service and maintenance staff while ensuring the safe maintenance,repair, or replacement of companies’ plant assets. Your role will also beresponsible for driving continuous improvement of plant operations to enable efficient,high-quality production of customer products.Machine uptime is critical to our success. There are no redundancies in our operation.Weekend work is often required. This is a non-union facility.Relocation is available for the right candidate. Our pay and benefits are best in class.How you will impact:• Develop and implement the short- and long-term maintenance strategy to enableoperating efficiency in alignment with company's values.• Create Maintenance Department safety goals and plan to ensure a safe workenvironment.• Create an effective Plant Maintenance Program using industry best practices tomaximize equipment reliability and uptime.• Supervise and inspect maintenance work to ensure the most effective, efficient andup-to-date technology and preferred maintenance practices are implemented bycraftsmen.• Ensure a safe work environment and adherence to all corporate, state and federalsafety, health and environmental policies, procedures and regulations by allmaintenance staff.• Manage and analyze maintenance department KPIs to assess operating efficiencyand identify opportunities to drive performance excellence.What you need to succeed:• Strong Leadership skills and the ability to hold your team accountable to the highestsafety and work standards.• Your Fireman’s license or the willingness to acquire one at company expense.• 2- year technical degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.• Minimum of 10 - 15 years in industrial maintenance with supervisory experience ofmaintenance engineers• Adept at problem-solving and identifying root cause to implement preventativemethods.• Ability to plan and manage a budget.• Ability to work within a 24/7 plant operations facility.• Be a strategic thinker with the confidence to make decisions which impact safety,uptime and productivity.• Ability to coach and develop talent to create a highly productive, safety-consciousteam.• Strong communication skills with ability to adjust communication style and interactacross all levels of the organization.What we offer:• Corporate culture based on integrity, respect, accountability, and excellence.• Comprehensive training with numerous learning and development opportunities.• An attractive salary reflecting skills, competencies, and potential.• Benefits package to include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with matchand more!• A career with a global packaging company where Sustainability, Safety andInclusion are business drivers
