Job Description

  • Provide general attorney support
  • Draft legal entities, including LLCs, LPs, and Corporations
  • Assist with both basic and complex trust drafting
  • Prepare correspondence and legal documents
  • Draft deeds for transferring real property
  • Organize and manage client asset information
  • Communicate effectively with clients and other professional advisors
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of corporate and estate planning experience
  • 4-6 years of paralegal experience preferred (not required)
  • 4-year degree preferred (not required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with Clio is a plus
