SENIOR ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY - INTERNATIONAL TRADE COMMISSION LITIGATION & TRADE REMEDIES

Location: Washington, DC

 

Our client, a highly-respected AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate Attorney to join their International Trade Commission Section 337 Litigation and Trade Remedies Practice Group in Washington, D.C. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex regulatory trade issues in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Active Bar Admission in Washington, DC.
  • 6+ years of substantive experience in regulatory trade issues, with a background either in government or private sector practice.
  • Strong experience with export controls, economic sanctions, and strategic competition and supply chain issues.
  • Expertise in industries such as manufacturing, critical minerals, materials, and energy is preferred.
  • Superb research, writing, and analytical skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in Section 337 litigation before the International Trade Commission and in other trade remedy matters.
  • Handle complex regulatory trade issues, including export controls, sanctions, and supply chain strategies.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients across various industries, including manufacturing and energy.
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to grow the national practice.
  • Navigate intricate subject matters and advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk management.
