Senior Electrical Engineer – Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)

Where You’ll Work

This role is based at global headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona.

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical expertise and guidance across all phases of electrical engineering projects.
• Develop projects leveraging new technologies to drive safety, efficiency, cost control, and environmental protection.
• Lead investigations, reviews, and recommendations on assigned projects.
• Manage maintenance and serve as SME for large-scale planning, construction, and site modifications.
• Advise site management on engineering practices and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting in engineering.
• Prepare and evaluate AFEs for capital funding.
• Oversee vendor contracts for equipment and services as needed.
• Represent the site on committees, task forces, or teams.
• Carry out additional duties as required.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (or related field) + 5 years’ experience, OR Master’s + 3 years’ experience.
• Expertise in electronics, PLCs, radio communications, and control systems.
• Broad knowledge of electrical engineering, with exposure to mechanical and process engineering.
• Ability to manage complex engineering projects from concept to execution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety practices and operational improvement.

Preferred: Advanced degree or Professional Engineering (PE) certification.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $101,000–$141,000 (actual pay based on experience and qualifications).
