Our client is immediately hiring an Assistant Clinical Director. Schedule is Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.
Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience conducting FBAs and developing behavior plans.
Strong knowledge of behavior analytic principles and data-driven interventions.
Supervisory experience (formal or informal leadership of clinical or behavioral staff).
Strong knowledge of Positive Behavior Support principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with clinical documentation and behavior data tracking.
Current licensure/certification as one of the following:
Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA)
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Licensed Psychologist, LMHC, LICSW, or Master's level SLP
Experience working with individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).
Experience working in a day habilitation, group home, or community-based support setting.
Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to behavioral services and human services programming.
Day to Day:
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavior data.
Develop, review, and revise behavior support plans that are evidence-based and person-centered.
Provide training and support to direct support staff on behavior intervention strategies and documentation.
Supervise and mentor behavior support team members
Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with all regulatory standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including case managers, families, and clinical professionals to support individuals' goals.
Assist in program development and quality assurance efforts.
