What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing AP processes, including vendor payments, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Overseeing payroll processing for union and non-union employees
• Handling expense reports, credit card statements, and bank reconciliations
• Ensuring tax and payroll reporting compliance
• Assisting with audits, tax preparation, and general office management
