Job Description:

• Lead residential construction projects from start to finish, focusing on wood-frame over-podium builds.
• Oversee project planning, budget control, and schedule adherence to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Drive value engineering and cost-saving strategies throughout project phases.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations, fostering a safe work environment.
• Manage contract negotiations, develop project scopes, and handle RFQs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and maintain open communication with all project stakeholders.
• Leverage construction management software (Procore, Microsoft Project) to track progress and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years in project management, specifically in wood-frame, multi-unit residential construction.
• 6+ years of new construction, residential stick built construction experience
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and relevant construction technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of value engineering and budget management.
