Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures in line with radiologist protocols
• Assess patients and select appropriate imaging techniques
• Provide patient education to reduce anxiety and ensure comfort
• Maintain a high level of quality in imaging and patient care
• Document procedures and send images to the PACS system
• Participate in quality management and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Radiologic or MRI program
• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification
• CPR Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association
• Preferred: Illinois state licensure and ARRT (R) certification
