  • Bonus Structure:
    • Bonus plan in place for new CSRs that are in route to commissions.
    • Bonuses based on performance metrics that step up with each month.

    • Customer does discuss this until stage 2 of the interview
    • It is aggressive, based on GP, and uncapped.

    • Carrier Sales Team ~7-8 
    • Customers Sales Team ~4-5
    • Operations Team: ~6-7
