Senior Paralegal - Residential Purchase/Sale Team

We are hiring a Senior Paralegal to join our Residential Purchase/Sale Team. This is a fantastic opportunity offering top compensation up to $125k, with a range of benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K & profit sharing, and paid time off. The role also offers partial remote work.

What You'll Do:

As our Senior Paralegal, your responsibilities will include:

• Handling all aspects of residential purchase and sale transactions for cooperatives, condominiums, and multi-family properties from inception through closing.
• Preparing Closing Statements.
• Reviewing Title/Lien Searches.
• Conducting Closings.
• Providing direct client contact and opportunities for professional growth.

You'll have the assistance of a support team of experienced paralegals to help with various tasks.

• Experience conducting closings.
