We’re looking for a skilled Project Dam Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join a growing engineering team. This full-time role offers the chance to work on a range of dam engineering projects throughout New England. This position may be based in NH or VT. 

Role Overview:

As a Project Dam Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting safety inspections, evaluations, and contributing to project planning and design.
• Developing technical specifications and preparing comprehensive contract documents.
• Overseeing construction inspections for dam projects to ensure compliance and safety.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (graduate-level coursework preferred).
• Background in hydrology, hydraulics, and permitting is advantageous.
• Strong technical skills in geotechnical foundations, structural concrete, and earth embankments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Vermont or New Hampshire, or the ability to obtain it within 6-12 months, is essential.
