Compliance Specialist Audits records, monitors contractor utilization, and ensures timely payments to subcontractors. Investigate non-compliance violations, disputes, and contractor status within diversity programs, recommending resolutions as needed. Solid knowledge of procurement processes, RFPs (Requests for Proposals), contracts, agreements, and payment terms related to goods, services, construction, and consulting, particularly in the context of MWBE programs. Good communicator Good presenting skills/ client facing experience. Compensation- $75K-$85K base.

Superintendent – Commercial Construction Location: Columbus but also willing to travel as needed. Coordination drawing review Bluebeam experience required Coordinating materials with field and design requirements Work with the project team to deliver a quality project on time and on budget. Experience with material lead time tracking required. Compensation: $110K-$125, dependent on experience and open for discussion. Must provide a project list showcasing your commercial construction experience.

Superintendent – Multi-Family / Wood Frame Experience Required. Will need to travel to Toledo, OH Location: Columbus but also willing to travel as needed. Experience with material lead time tracking required. Compensation: $110K-$125, dependent on experience and open for discussion. Must provide project list showcasing your experience 

Project Manager- Commercial Local to Columbus preferred, but also willing to travel as needed. Minimum 5 years construction experience Self-starter Ability to work independently. Ability to communicate effectively with Owners, design professionals, property staff, subcontractors, and tradesman. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Ability to develop and maintain construction schedules. Compensation: $115K-$125K. plus bonuses, open for discussion and dependent on experience Must provide project list showcasing commercial project experience

Project Manager:   Must have significant High End Custom Home inexperience, preferably in South Florida. Not a candidate from the multi- family or a production Builder. Remodel projects of $2 million+ and new construction projects of $5 million+.
