We have an opening for an Employee Benefits Account Manager with an established insurance brokerage based in Los Angeles. The Benefits Account Manager will join a team of professionals servicing small group accounts. You will be key in supporting and managing an expanding client base, collaborating closely with the senior client managers and producers to ensure top-tier service delivery.

Location: Remote (Must be based in California)Salary: $90,000 - $95,000Benefits: Excellent benefits package

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a book of small group clients (under 100 lives), handling renewals, enrollments, and day-to-day service needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, carriers, and vendors—responding to questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth client experience.
  • Prepare and present renewal options, benefit comparisons, and employee-facing materials.
  • Coordinate internally with producers and account teams to ensure deadlines are met and clients are supported year-round.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in account management within the insurance sector.
  • Licenses: A current life and health license is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Ease, Employee Navigator, Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication abilities.
