Job Description

The Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will support attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including:

  • Reviewing and analyzing title reports, surveys, and related documents.
  • Preparing and coordinating documents for purchases, sales, financings, and leasing transactions.
  • Assisting with due diligence processes, including reviewing zoning and other municipal documentation.
  • Drafting correspondence and transactional documents.
  • Managing deadlines and transaction schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinating with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
  • Maintaining organized files and transaction records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
  • Solid experience with title and survey reviews, purchases, sales, financings, and leasing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
