This role plays a central part in driving transformation across the site—shaping culture, aligning teams with performance goals, and executing structured excellence initiatives.

What You’ll Champion

  • Align site KPIs with corporate and team-level targets to drive long-term improvement plans and governance
  • Collaborate with plant leadership and business units to roll out performance improvement roadmaps and cost optimization strategies
  • Mentor site leaders on benchmarking and best practice adoption, cultivating a zero-loss mindset across quality, delivery, cost, and safety
  • Build high-functioning component teams focused on safety, reliability, and quality fundamentals
  • Implement sitewide excellence frameworks through structured deployment and hands-on coaching
  • Lead breakthrough Kaizen events, drive cross-department problem solving, and advance systematic improvement strategies
  • Build and manage a multi-year continuous improvement portfolio with a focus on measurable value creation
  • Oversee excellence engineers while building team capabilities and cross-functional collaboration

Your Expertise

  • Deep mastery of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
  • Proven success influencing operational culture, driving process optimization, and embedding safety and customer-first values
  • Exceptional ability to communicate across all levels of a matrixed organization
  • Experience within multi-site or multicultural manufacturing environments
  • Track record of delivering measurable business impact through strategic project/program management

  • Comfortable traveling up to 25% to build connections and drive site alignment
  • Fluent in English, with a powerful network-building mindset and high leadership presence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • 7+ years in plant or manufacturing leadership
  • 3+ years operating within a formal production system and high-speed manufacturing
  • Certification in structured production methodologies highly desirable
