Duties:

·         Develop and implement a world-class maintenance program focused on preventative and predictive measures to minimize unplanned downtime.

·         Champion a data-driven approach, leveraging the CMMS to optimize maintenance scheduling, parts inventory, and equipment performance.

·         Foster a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring adherence to all company policies, OSHA regulations, and industry standards.

·         Lead a team of skilled technicians, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to ensure a high-performing workforce.

·         Conduct risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues within the plant environment.

·         Manage facility modifications and expansions, including budgeting, scheduling, contractor oversight, and project execution.

·         Oversee the upkeep of critical facility infrastructure, such as UPS systems, generators, and compressors.

·         Collaborate with international plants to troubleshoot equipment failures, install new machinery, and share best practices for maintenance and optimization.

·         Perform regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training to enhance team capabilities and effectiveness.

Requirements:

·         High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

·         Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a similar field (preferred).

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in plant maintenance or a related field.

·         Proven track record of success in implementing and managing a comprehensive maintenance program.

·         Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and compressed air systems.

·         In-depth knowledge of facilities management principles and best practices.

·         Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
